Mental Health Helplines

Whether you’re concerned about yourself or a loved one, these helplines and support groups can offer expert advice.

If you’re in the UK, you can utilise this incredible resource to find the correct support near you: Hub of Hope.

If I have missed some helplines or resources from my list, please let me know.

Don’t forget: You are not alone and you don’t need to suffer in silence. You don’t have to wait until you reach a crisis point to seek help and support, you deserve to receive the assistance you need right now. Seeking help isn’t a sign of weakness, it’s a sign of great strength.
