Have you prepped your food for tomorrow? Don’t worry! I have got your back. This recipe is super simple and it is the perfect breakfast or afternoon snack. It’s packed full of flavour and nutrients – ideal for when you’re on-the-go.
This pot of overnight oats can be taken with you to the office, it can be taken with you to the gym for a post-workout meal and it can even accompany you on your commute to work. There are no excuses for ‘no breakfast because you have no time’.
I have oats every morning, it’s my new favourite! Having porridge oats in the morning has provided my stomach with comfort but it has also allowed me to feel satisfied until after lunchtime. A cup of oatmeal or overnight oats provides B vitamins and generous amounts of minerals like iron, magnesium and zinc. Oats are a powerhouse of goodness and offer many benefits! Let’s not forget, oats can be a fantastic gut-friendly food as part of a healthy, varied diet.
