Happy Sunday everyone! I am back with another review, but this time in the form of some delicious smoothies and juices packed with flavour, nutrients and vitamins. These are the perfect breakfast, afternoon pick-me-up and refreshment. Put the sugary drink away! Don’t be freaked out by the smell of this one! When you open this one the aroma of beetroot lingers. However, it tastes beautiful. Subtly sweet, smooth in texture and highly refreshing accompanied with some ice. The sweetness from the apple enhances the smoothie and takes the sharpness away from the beetroot, honestly, it is delicious! Enjoy this for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up.

The proof is in the title of this! It is super full of delicious ingredients. The colour may scare some of you who are new to the healthy eating side of things but don’t be afraid. This is packed full of goodness and is a great way of getting your greens in without boiling or steaming them! They’re disguised in a smoothie. Kale and spinach are packed full of dietary fibre, which will allow you to feel fuller for longer. Perfect to have between meals! The banana provides this smoothie with a thicker texture, but it still tastes extra refreshing and sweet. No aftertastes and no lumps of kale!

A great smoothie to have post-workout, it is quick, simple and delicious. A great way to repair your muscles after a workout as well as getting some essential vitamins in. Not forgetting, it is supercharged with the superfood powder – Maca! = “Rich in amino acids, essential fatty acids, minerals and vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C and D, Maca has been sold in Europe for over the last 25 years and it is an organic energy booster.” Grape Tree We took the classic Piña Colada and stirred it up, Savse style, to make drinking protein a whole lot tastier.

This juice was the perfect afternoon pick-me-up, full of natural energy and sweetness. This is best-served cold over some ice or fresh out of the fridge. The perfect picnic accompaniment and I had mine whilst I was basking in the sun in Newcastle. It was so lovely and this juice made me feel like I was somewhere exotic, which is always a good thing.

This was absolutely delicious and was just like biting into a crisp juicy apple on a summers day. This juice would make a great refreshment at breakfast, lunch or dinner. These juices are so sweet and fresh that you can’t believe there is no added sugar, just 100% pure natural ingredients from Nina’s kitchen. This is best apple juice I have EVER tasted! Packed full of exotic flavour and bursting with goodness, this juice is a MUST. You have to try it!

This smoothie is super packed full of lots of vitamins and nutrients provided from the 8 ingredients listed! This supercharged smoothie will see you right up until your next meal time or could be enjoyed with a salad, evening meal or at breakfast time with your morning eggs! The flavours in the smoothie are all incredibly balanced and this is the perfect smoothie to drink if you need to get your greens in, keep them disguised and drink them this way.

Super Red is the ideal pick-me-up with a zesty, citrus twist.
This immune boosting drink is refreshing, hydrating and full of vitamins to help you feel more energised on those down days. I liked this one blended with some ice and turned into a smoothie bowl; a great way to switch it up and a great way to make this smoothie last longer. Alternatively, it can be enjoyed on its own. This is the smoothie that is BURSTING with vitamin C qualities! It is also packed full of B6, dietary fibre, calcium, potassium, vitamin E, vitamin B2, iron, magnesium, vitamin B1, omega-3 fatty acids, phosphorus, protein, folate, and niacin which are all provided from the kale (all research is my own). No green colour! But the green veggies are disguised within this yummy sweet smoothie.

Want to be taken away to somewhere exotic? Don’t panic, Savse has it covered. This sunkissed smoothie whisked me away to somewhere hot, refreshing and tropical. The ingredients in this smoothie are sweet but balanced in proportion with the carrot and the celery, so no sourness involved! The celery in this smoothie packs this bottle with lots of vitamins, including vitamin K, A and C! This is perfect to have post-workout, taken with you to a picnic or enjoyed as an afternoon/evening refreshment.
