What I Ate Wednesday
Recently my blog posts have been of the same topic so I’m sorry for this, my content is soon going to change but for now whilst I still get use to this new layout I want to stick to simple posts.
This week has been a stressful one due to preparation for exams and assignment hand-ins.
This week I have tried to keep on schedule with eating healthy with the occasional indulgence! This of course goes for the majority of my weeks. However, this week I have indulged A LOT. It is important to treat yourself and be happy! Have a positive attitude towards the food you are eating. If sometimes you feel low and you need a pick-me-up and fruit doesn’t help or healthy treats, grab a cake or some chocolate just eat within moderation, it always works for me!
Here are some goodies I have indulged in and I have discovered a new find this week to add to my collection of nut butters! I have a little discovery for next weeks What I Ate Wednesday too!
My recent find this week – Whole Earth Organic Crunchy Peanut Butter
Wow my nut butter collection is now building and this weirdly excites me? I cannot wait to start experimenting with recipes and learning more about the benefits of these creations.
I love this peanut butter on my oats in the morning or on crackers for a snack. I have also tried adding this to apple slices and it tastes insane! The perfect healthy snack – packed full of energy.
I love the texture of this peanut butter; I personally wanted to try the crunchy version to add something extra to my porridge in the morning. However, they do various different nut butters! Here is a little bit of information about the one I chose..
